Promotional Samples
Excel Photo encourages the use of sample products in presentations and mailings. We also recommend that you display samples of your own work at each shoot. To assist you, we have adopted the following print samples policy:
All sample prints, in reasonable quantities, ordered from July 1 through August 1 and from January 1 through March 1 will be free of charge. Please order promotional samples well in advance. In order to take advantage of this free offer, the following criteria must be met: Sample prints must be ordered as a separate job and you must select and provide a cut negative or digital image for each sample. Normal production schedules will apply to all promo sample orders. Upon request, Excel will file your sample images for future use.
Graphics setup, plaques and shipping charges will be billed at regular prices. Samples ordered at any time other than the promotional period mentioned above will be subject to full price billing and possible delays in production.

All sales envelopes include layout & design of sales side based on your specifications. Two proofs for approval will be provided. Changes made after second proof are billed at $25.00 each. Excel Photo is not responsible for errors after approval is received.
