Avoiding Delays & Errors With Proper Paperwork

 

We cannot stress enough the importance of complete, accurate and legible paperwork. Order forms and shipping labels can be obtained upon request free of charge. Job Summary forms can even be preprinted using your order envelope. Please be certain that all film, digital media and paperwork submitted for processing is properly packaged and identified. Film should be clearly numbered and order envelopes bundled in camera order by roll and class or team and identified accordingly. When more than one photographer is on a job, bundle all film and order envelopes by photographer. Digital media should be properly labeled with customer number, job name and job number.

 

Make certain that all paperwork and trading card information required to produce the job accompanies the order. Be sure to include graphics order forms if your job requires foil stamping, titling, custom trading cards or MVP or Tribute plaques. Two copies of each form must be submitted with your film or digital files to ensure maximum expediency.
