Job Description and Duties:

• Perform alpha-numeric data entry in the Excel Photo order database system (Excelink); enter customer information from hand written order forms, and/or camera cards in order to create a MS Access database for image processing.
• Alpha-numeric data entry of customer order forms, and/or camera cards.
• Perform various photo production assembly duties as assigned.

 

Requirements and Essential Functions:


• HS diploma/GED

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Must be available to work overtime when requested by the supervisor, including a nine hour shift, and/or a four to six hour Saturday shift as needed.

• Touch alpha-numeric and ten-key data entry skills at least 35WPM accurately.
• Alpha-numeric keyboarding skill assessment test given by employer before hire.
• Ability to learn the Excel Photo data entry system (Excelink) and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Ability to consistently and accurately enter a minimum of 60 forms per hour in a fast- paced, production environment.
• Ability to effectively, positively and cooperatively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to sit quietly at a computer workstation for an eight, or nine hour shift.

 

Preferred Skills:
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Excel, and Access or other database software.
• One year of clerical experience or a college degree/vocational school certificate in clerical science, or AA or BA/BS degree in any field.

Data Entry and Photo Image Editing

 

Job Description and Duties:
• Data entry; work with a variety of data formats, including Excel spreadsheets, text files and physical documents. Convert data into a standard format for import into a portrait imaging program.
• Proofread entered data records; identify and correct entry errors.
• Edit photo images for pose selection, and closed eyes.
• Perform various photo production assembly duties as required.

Portrait and Sports Package Assembly

 

Job Description and Duties:

• Assemble school portrait and youth sports individual orders according to customer specifications.

• Read customer profile and customer production order form for special instructions.
• Verify product specifics and package structure to customer production order form.
• Prepare prints for assembly; stack cut units and collate prints if needed.
• Assemble portrait packages and various specialty products including: magnets, buttons, trading cards, key-chains, posters, and plaques.

 

Requirements and Essential Functions:
• HS diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Must be available to work overtime when requested by the supervisor, including a nine hour shift, and/or a four to six hour Saturday shift as needed.

• Ability to follow detailed production procedures.
• Good basic math skills.
• Working knowledge of basic computer operation.
• Attention to detail to insure product quality.
• Ability to work as part of a production team.
• Ability to consistently and accurately assemble a minimum of 30-40 sports teams per
• eight hour shift in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Ability to effectively, positively, and cooperatively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to sit quietly at a production workstation for an eight hour or nine hour shift.

 

Preferred Skills:
• Touch alpha-numeric and ten-key data entry skills at least 35WPM accurately.
• Alpha-numeric keyboarding skill assessment test given by employer before hire.
• Prior manufacturing experience, helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of digital photography, or photographic processing helpful, but not required.

Digital Imaging Tech

 

Job Description and Duties:
Using proprietary digital imaging software:
• Crop portrait images to customer and lab specifications.
• Make color, contrast and saturation adjustments to portrait images.
• Import data and produce photo products in a high volume production atmosphere.
• Perform various photo production printing and assembly duties as required.

 

Requirements and Essential Functions:
• HS diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Must be able to pass Munsell Hue test to distinguish color vision efficiency.
• Must be available to work overtime when requested by the supervisor, including a nine hour shift, and/or a four to six hour Saturday shift as needed.

• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Excel and Access or other database software.
• Ability to work in a MS Access database system and follow specific production procedures.
• Ability to effectively and consistently see color in order to discern critical color evaluations for portrait images.
• Ability to learn and accurately work in the DP2 Kodak digital print production program importing data, and building and printing products in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Ability to effectively, positively and cooperatively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to sit quietly at a computer workstation for an eight or nine hour shift.

 

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge and understanding of MS Access database software, including data types, table relationships and query-building skills.
• AA or BA/BS or degree in Computer Science or Graphic Arts.
• Knowledge of digital photography.
